Maximum Aggregate Amount definition

Maximum Aggregate Amount means $4,000,000,000.
Maximum Aggregate Amount this term has the meaning provided in Section 2.1.1.
Maximum Aggregate Amount means for any Limitation Year the lesser of (i) 125% of the dollar limitation determined under Code section 415(c)(1)(A) or (ii) 35% of the Participant's Compensation for such year.
