Maximum Daily Quantity definition

Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.
Maximum Daily Quantity. (MDQ) means the maximum daily volume of gas, as determined by the Company based on Customer’s historical metered volumes, that a Customer under this Rate Schedule will be allowed to nominate and have delivered into the Company’s system for the Customer’s account.

Maximum Daily Quantity. (MDQ) shall mean the maximum quantity of gas, as measured in Mcf, converted to Dth, and listed in a Shipper's Transportation Service Agreement, that the Company is obligated to deliver to a Shipper on any given Day.
Maximum Daily Quantity or "MDQ" shall mean the total maximum MMBtu which Company shall be obligated to receive or deliver on a firm basis on any given day on behalf of customer.
