Maximum Letter of Credit Amount definition

Maximum Letter of Credit Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.02(a).
Maximum Letter of Credit Amount means, at any time, an amount equal to 90% of the Total Revolving Loan Commitment at such time. “Maximum Rate” shall have the meaning provided in Section 13.20.
Maximum Letter of Credit Amount means $10,000,000.
