Maximum Maturity definition

Maximum Maturity means an obligation that has a remaining maturity of not greater than the period specified in the Standard (or if no such period is specified, thirty years);
Maximum Maturity means an obligation that has a remaining maturity from the relevant Relevant Date of not greater than the period specified in the relevant Standard or, if no such period is specified, 30 years.
Maximum Maturity means an obligation that has a remaining maturity from the Settlement Date of not greater than the period specified in the applicable Final Terms;
