Maximum Net Investment definition

Maximum Net Investment means, at any time, an amount equal to the Facility Limit.

Maximum Net Investment means the sum of each of the Allocable Portions of Maximum Net Investment set forth opposite each Alternate Investor’s name on Schedule A attached hereto.

• In addition, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein (but subject to the first, second and third provisions set forth in this Section 11.2(b)), this Agreement may be amended by the Transferor, the Collection Agent and the Administrative Agent solely for the purpose of adding an additional Class (which addition may result in an increased Facility Limit and Maximum Net Investment and changes to any definitions or terms of this Agreement which are specific to one or more particular Classes).

• Any reduction in the Maximum Net Investment shall be allocated ratably among the Purchase Groups.

• The Owners shall not be obligated to increase the Maximum Net Investment.

Maximum Net Investment means (i) with respect to the Class of which SUSI Issuer is a member, $115,000,000, (ii) with respect to the Class of which Liberty is a member, $95,000,000, (iii) with respect to the Class of which Falcon is a member, $95,000,000, and (iv) with respect to any other Class, the amount set forth pursuant to Section 11.2(b) hereof.

Maximum Net Investment means, at any time, an amount equal to the aggregate Commitments of the Committed Investors and rounded down to the nearest $1,000. Effective as of the Closing Date, the PNC Committed Investor has no related Conduit Investor.

Maximum Net Investment means $200,000,000 or such greater amount as shall be established with the consent of the Buyer or such lesser amount as shall be established in accordance with Section 2.03 hereof.

On a Non-Pro Rata Extension Date for any Non-Extending Purchase Group, unless such Non-Extending Purchase Group’s Purchase Group Maximum Net Investment has been assigned pursuant to Section 2.17, the Maximum Net Investment shall be reduced by that Non-Extending Purchase Group’s Purchase Group Maximum Net Investment. On any day on and after the occurrence and continuance of a Termination Event or the Scheduled Termination Date, the Maximum Net Investment shall be equal to the Aggregate Exposure Amount.
