Maximum Principal and Interest Requirements means, as of any particular date of calculation, the highest Principal and Interest Requirements for any remaining Bond Year, except that with respect to any Bonds for which Amortization Requirements have been established, the amount of principal coming due on the final maturity date with respect to such Bonds shall be reduced by the aggregate principal amount of such Bonds that are to be redeemed or paid from Amortization Requirements to be made in prior Bond Years. For purposes of this Resolution, the Maximum Principal and Interest Requirements shall be calculated at least annually as of the first day of each Bond Year and as of the date of issuance of any Series of Bonds.
Maximum Principal and Interest Requirements means, with respect to Senior Obligations, as of any date of calculation, the greatest amount of Principal and Interest Requirements (as such term is defined in the Senior Obligations Bond Ordinance) for the then current or any future Fiscal Year.

Related to Maximum Principal and Interest Requirements

  • Payments of Principal and Interest Payments of Principal and Interest. Promptly after each Regular Record Date, the Trustee will deliver to the Company and DTC a written notice specifying by CUSIP number the amount of interest, if any, to be paid on each Global Note on the following Interest Payment Date (other than an Interest Payment Date coinciding with a Maturity Date) and the total of such amounts. DTC will confirm the amount payable on each Global Note on such Interest Payment Date by reference to the daily bond reports published by Standard & Poor's. On such Interest Payment Date, the Company will pay to the Trustee, and the Trustee in turn will pay to DTC, such total amount of interest due (other than on the Maturity Date), at the times and in the manner set forth below under "Manner of Payment". If any Interest Payment Date for any Note is not a Business Day, the payment due on such day shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day and no interest shall accrue on such payment for the period from and after such Interest Payment Date.

  • Capitalized Interest Requirement with respect to this Supplemental Transfer Agreement shall be $________; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the amount on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account.

  • Original Lower-Tier Principal Amount With respect to any Class of Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest, the initial principal amount thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.
