Maximum Put Amount definition

Maximum Put Amount means the lesser of (i) Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000), or (ii) Two Hundred Fifty percent (250%) of the average of the Dollar Volume for the twenty (20) Trading Days immediately preceding the Put Date.

Maximum Put Amount means, with respect to any Put, the lesser of (a) One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), or (b)One Hundred Fifty (150%) percent of the Weighted Average Volume for the fifteen (15) trading days immediately preceding each of the Put Date and the Closing Date.

Maximum Put Amount means that the lesser of (i) such amount that equals two hundred percent (200%) of the Average Daily Trading Volume, and (ii) Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00).

• At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount nor more than the Maximum Put Amount.

More Definitions of Maximum Put Amount

Maximum Put Amount means, with respect to any Put, the amount determined in accordance with the table set forth on Annex A hereto.

Maximum Put Amount. The dollar amount of Common Stock sold to the Investor in each Put may not be less than $20,000.00 and a maximum amount up to $500,000 in any consecutive 30-day period subject to the Volume Threshold. The Maximum Put Amount may be increased upon mutual written consent of the Company and the Investor. Puts are further limited to Investor beneficially owning no more than 4.99% of the Common Stock at any given time.
