Maximum Tenor definition

Maximum Tenor means, for Receivables of any Account Debtor, the number of days listed on Exhibit A as the Maximum Tenor (as such exhibit may from time to time be amended or replaced with the consent of the Seller Representative and Xxxxx Fargo).
Maximum Tenor means, with respect to any Obligor, the period set forth in the column titled “Maximum Tenor” opposite the name of the such Obligor on the Obligor Schedule.
