Maximum Threshold definition

Maximum Threshold is defined in Section 2.1.4.
Maximum Threshold shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b)(ii) of this Agreement.

  • To the extent the Employer’s financial performance for any calendar year meets or exceeds the Maximum Threshold, the Employer shall pay the Executive one hundred percent (100%) of the Maximum Cash Bonus.
