Measured Quantity definition

Measured Quantity in respect of a Day means the total quantity of Gas in MMBtu delivered by Sellers at the Delivery Point to all offtakers, as determined in accordance with Clause 12 and Exhibit 4.
Measured Quantity means the quantity of gas that, according to the measurement equipment from the transmission system operator, has physically flowed across an interconnection point per time period;
Measured Quantity means that quantity within the approved Limits of the Works, measured in the field.

Examples of Measured Quantity in a sentence

  • Buyer’s Allocated Quantity on any Day shall be calculated as the product of: (a) the Measured Quantity for such Day; and (b) the quotient of: (i) Buyer’s Scheduled Daily Quantity for the relevant Day; and (ii) the total of the scheduled daily quantities for all deliveries at the Delivery Point for the relevant Day.

  • Contractor shall be paid for the Measured Quantity only, whether more or less than the estimated quantities in the Schedule of Fixed Prices and notwithstanding the magnitude of any difference.

  • Allocated Quantity shall be calculated as the Measured Quantity multiplied by Xxxxx's Scheduled Daily Quantity for the Day and divided by the total of the scheduled daily quantity for all deliveries at the Delivery Point for the Day; provided, however, that the Allocated Quantity shall not exceed Buyer's Scheduled Daily Quantity for the Day.

  • Transporter shall provide through e-mail or post on the Transporter’s website an allocation of the Measured Quantity at each Point to each of the shippers at such Point by 12:00 hours on the Day after the Gas Day.

  • If a Point is not a Commingled Point, then all of the Measured Quantity at such Point shall be attributed to Shipper at such Point.

Measured Quantity means, for a particular period of time, the quantity of gas that, according to the relevant measurement equipment, has physically flowed across the Interconnection Point in that time period.
