mechanically propelled vehicle means a vehicle not to be treated as a motor vehicle having the same meaning as given by Section 140 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

mechanically propelled vehicle or ‘Vehicle’ means any mechanically propelled vehicle whether motorised or non-motorised, adapted for use upon roads whether the power of propulsion is transmitted thereto from an internal or external source and includes trailers, cycles and cycle rickshaws but excludes vehicles pulled by animals or humans;
