Media Player definition

Media Player means the software media player controlled by Distributor and through which the Xbox Services are delivered to the Authorized Xbox Device.

Media Player means a computer program which is used or useful in the transmission, performance and/or playback of Recordings so that the digital data that embodies the audio or audiovisual recording concerned can be perceived by and communicated to an End User of such computer program when used in conjunction with the aid of a machine or device.
