Medical Advisor definition

Medical Advisor means the Medical Advisor appointed under section 15;
Medical Advisor as referred to in this rule, shall mean the expert physician appointed by OP&F's board of trustees who advises the board during its deliberations of appeals of decisions relating to disability applications.

Medical Advisor means a qualified doctor of medicine or dentist registered in Malaysia who is licensed and legally entitled to practice medicine in the applicable field for which services are delivered. A medical advisor cannot be related to you.
