Medical Treatment Plan definition

Medical Treatment Plan means a plan developed by a Registered Nurse or physician that describes the medical, nursing, psychosocial, and other needs of the Participant and how these needs shall be met; the DDO shall make every reasonable effort to bill the Participant’s medical insurance.
