Medical Waste Management Plan definition

Medical Waste Management Plan means the plan acceptable to the Association for the management of hazardous health/medical waste under the Project, referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the Medical Waste Management Plan;
Medical Waste Management Plan or “MWMP” means a Subproject-specific medical waste management plan, acceptable to the Association, giving details of a program of actions, measures and policies designed to ensure the proper disposable of medical waste, including budget and cost estimates, and sources of funding, together with adequate institutional, monitoring and reporting arrangements capable of ensuring proper implementation of, and regular feedback on compliance with, the Medical Waste Management Plan.
Medical Waste Management Plan means a document that is completed by generators of medical waste that describes how the medical waste generated at their facility shall be segregated, handled, stored, packaged, treated, or shipped for treatment, as applicable, pursuant to Section 117935 for small quantity generators and Section 117960 for large quantity generators, on forms prepared by the enforcement agency, if those forms are provided by the enforcement agency.

Medical Waste Management Plan means the Recipient’s plan, dated July 6, 2009, agreed with the World Bank and setting out the measures to be taken for the development and implementation of medical waste management and safe handling of said waste, as the same may be modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to said plan
Medical Waste Management Plan means a document that is completed by generators of medical waste pursuant to Sections 117935 and 117960, on forms prepared by the enforcement agency.
Medical Waste Management Plan means the Recipient’s document entitled “Actualisation du Plan de Gestion des Déchets biomédicaux, dated February 2011.
Medical Waste Management Plan means the plan approved by the Association and adopted by the Recipient, to manage and mitigate the impact of medical waste in connection with the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS, as the same may be amended from time to time, with the approval of the Association;
Medical Waste Management Plan means the Recipient’s document entitled “Actualisation du Plan de Gestion des Déchets biomédicaux” dated February 2011.
Medical Waste Management Plan or “MWMP” means the plan of said name for the Original Project dated January 19, 2017, deemed acceptable by the Association and disclosed by the Association on January 25, 2017, and by the Recipient in January 2017, setting forth the guidelines, procedures and measures for improvement of management of health care waste including, and disposal of such health waste, as such plan may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior written agreement of Association.
Medical Waste Management Plan means the Recipient’s plan entitled “Plan d’Action de la Gestion des Déchets Biomédicaux” dated November 23, 2005.
