Member Agencies definition

Member Agencies means the cities within San Diego County and the County of San Diego collectively.

Member Agencies means the member agencies of the CCCSWA, which includes Contra Costa County, and the Cities/Towns of Danville, Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, and Walnut Creek.

Member Agencies means the following jurisdictions: the cities of Belmont, Burlingame, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Menlo Park, Redwood City, San Carlos, and San Mateo; the towns of Atherton and Hillsborough; the County of San Mateo; and the West Bay Sanitary District.

• No Member Agency may assign any right or obligation hereunder without the express written consent of the other Member Agencies.

• The books of the accounts shall also include any costs, expenses, or charges paid, or to be paid by each of the Member Agencies, and shall be open to inspection, in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.3. of this Agreement.

• Costs associated with the claims not covered by insurance or which exceed the limits of any applicable policy of insurance, shall be apportioned between the Member Agencies using the percentages established above for the year in which the claim is filed.
