The two co-counsels may be paid by the Authority or may be paid by the Member Agencies who have retained them.
The Parties acknowledge that joint representation of the Authority and the Member Agencies can constitute a conflict of interest and may raise issues associated with the duty of loyalty, client communication, and duty of confidentiality.
