Member Benefits means the use of the aspects of the ORCID Registry only available to ORCID members as described in Article 1 of this License Agreement and on the ORCID website as amended by ORCID from time to time.

More Definitions of Member Benefits

Member Benefits are all benefits which the Member receives or, when appropriate, can receive through the making of purchases from Loyalty Merchants in the Lyoness Loyalty Programme. Benefits in this sense are Cashback as well as, where appropriate, Shopping Points.
Member Benefits the Alliance provides a living allowance (issued twice per month); Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance; Worker’s Compensation; and FICA to each full-time Promise Fellow. Reduced-time and part-time members are not eligible to receive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance. ❑ Timesheets: Alliance staff monitor and track members’ service hours as reported on their timesheets using the online OnCorps system to ensure that members are able to complete their term of service successfully. ❑ Data Collection and Reporting: Alliance staff collect and report program data on a quarterly basis, including in-kind reports, member performance evaluations, and progress monitoring reports as those outlined by AmeriCorps regulations and agreed upon by ServeMinnesota and the Alliance. ❑ Conflict Resolution: The Alliance staff will work in conjunction with the Site Supervisor and Promise Fellow member in resolving any member-related personnel issues that may occur during the program year.
Member Benefits means any benefits, facilities, services and products which we may make available to Members or categories of Members from time to time, which may include access to and use of the Clubhouse, events and presentations hosted by the Club, access to and use of particular features, facilities and information on the AlphaCode Website;
Member Benefits means the Trusted Party Member Benefits or the Creator Member Benefits at the basic or premium level, as relevant.
