In addition, for any incomplete Performance Period, Intuit’s ending stock price will be the sale price of the Shares in the Corporate Transaction and the ending stock price of the other Member Companies will be the average price of a share of common stock of a Member Company over the 30 trading days ending on the effective date of the Corporate Transaction, in each case adjusted for changes in capital structure.
