Member entitled to vote definition

Member entitled to vote means a member who under rule 3.8 is entitled to vote at a general meeting.
Member entitled to vote means a Member described in section 8.6.1;
Member entitled to vote means any Member other than a Member whose Membership rights have been suspended pursuant to rule 4.4(b)(ii)(B).

  • An Individual Member entitled to vote in House of Delegates meetings may only have one vote regardless of the number of positions held by such member.

  • An Individual Member entitled to vote in Board of Directors meetings may only have one vote, regardless of the number of positions held by such Member.

  • If an action is to be taken without a meeting, the Secretary, by first class mail, postage prepaid, or email, shall distribute a ballot to every Board Member entitled to vote on the matter.

More Definitions of Member entitled to vote

Member entitled to vote means any person who is an Ordinary, Social, or Life Member of the Club (excludes Reciprocal and Honorary Members) and whose name is duly recorded in the register of Members of the Club;
