More Definitions of Member List

Member List means the list of all beneficiaries of a Participating Payer that have been attributed to the PCMH Initiative. See Appendix B and Appendix D. “Medicaid Health Plan 4275 file” or “4275” refers to a standard file that Medicaid Health Plans submit to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and the enrollment broker to provide information on the Medicaid Health Plan’s provider network.

Member List means a list of all your currently active Members. The Member List may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement, as set forth in Section 3(a) of these Terms & Conditions.

Member List shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.8.

Member List has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07. “NBSC” means Newtek Business Services Corp. “Newtek” means Newtek Commercial Lending, Inc., or any Person substituted for Newtek as a Member pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. “NBSC Alliance Partners” means a Person who, pursuant to a referral promotion agreement with NBSC, submits business referrals to NBSC in exchange for commissions paid on closed referred transactions. “Newtek Change of Control” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.11(b). “Newtek IC Representative” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02.

Member List means the list of all Members whose PayPal accounts are not currently closed, locked or restricted by PayPal. The Member List will include each Member's name, e-mail address, phone numbers, postal addresses and all associated data held by PayPal, which will remain PayPal Confidential Information, which PayPal will license and provide to Providian under Section 4.1 of this Agreement, and which Providian will use solely for the purposes described in this Agreement.

Member List means the list of all Members who have not affirmatively opted out, indicating their election to be excluded from any product announcements of this type, together with their e-mail addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, and all associated data held by PayPal, to be provided by PayPal to Providian under Section 4.1 of this Agreement, which shall be owned by PayPal and deemed confidential, but is licensed to Providian for the purposes set forth in this Agreement. 1.23 "Merchant" means a merchant that accepts credit card payments pursuant to an account with a Card Association merchant acquirer that processes payment card authorizations and payments.
