Member or Members definition

Member or Members means an organisation(s) signed up to adhere to this Code;

Member or Members means those persons or entities having a membership interest in the Company as approved from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.

• Any matter affecting the compliance with the obligations under these provisions may be drawn to the attention of the Council, which, at the request of a Member, shall consult with any Member or Members in respect of such matter in respect of which it has not been possible to find a satisfactory solution through bilateral or plurilateral consultations between the Members concerned.

• If any Member wishes to transfer its interest or any portion thereof (a "Transferring Member") to a Non-Member, it shall first obtain the written approval from all the Members (other than the transferring Member), which approval may be withheld for any reason or no reason, in the sole discretion of such Member or Members.

• The Member or Members initiating arbitration under this Section 8.6 will appoint one arbitrator in the demand for arbitration.

More Definitions of Member or Members

Member or Members means respectively an individual MSTIC Member organization or the MSTIC Member organizations collectively that are signatories to the MSTIC Consortium Membership Agreement.

Member or Members means respectively an individual UTIC Member organization or the UTIC Member organizations collectively that are signatories to the UTIC Consortium Membership Agreement.

Member or Members in relation to a Company, means - (a) the subscribers to the memorandum of association of the Company who shall be deemed to have agreed to become members of the Company, and on its registration, shall be entered as member in its register of members, (b) every other person who agrees in writing to become a member of the Company and whose name is entered in the register of members of the Company; (c)every person holding shares in the Company and whose name is entered in register of beneficial owners as beneficial owner.

Member or Members means respectively an individual CWMD Member organization or the CWMD Member organizations collectively that are signatories to the CWMD Consortium Membership Agreement.
