Examples of Member or Members in a sentence
Any matter affecting the compliance with the obligations under these provisions may be drawn to the attention of the Council, which, at the request of a Member, shall consult with any Member or Members in respect of such matter in respect of which it has not been possible to find a satisfactory solution through bilateral or plurilateral consultations between the Members concerned.
If any Member wishes to transfer its interest or any portion thereof (a "Transferring Member") to a Non-Member, it shall first obtain the written approval from all the Members (other than the transferring Member), which approval may be withheld for any reason or no reason, in the sole discretion of such Member or Members.
Title to and beneficial interest in Series Assets shall be deemed to be held and owned by the relevant Series and no Member or Members of such Series, individually or collectively, shall have any title to or beneficial interest in specific Series Assets or any portion thereof.
In the event that such written approval shall be obtained from the remaining Member or Members, however, Schedule A shall be amended to appropriately reflect the changes to the membership, Percentage Interests, and Capital Contributions caused by such transfer.
The Member or Members initiating arbitration under this Section 8.6 will appoint one arbitrator in the demand for arbitration.
