Membership Application Form definition

Membership Application Form means the application form, in the format provided by the Exchange, which has to be filled up and completed by the Members seeking to obtain registration to trade on the Exchange;

Membership Application Form means, a Local Branch membership application form or a Central Branch membership application form.
