Examples of mental disability in a sentence

  • The term "Permanent Physical or Mental Disability" shall mean the Participant's inability to perform his or her job or any position which the Participant can perform with his or her background and training by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment which can be expected to result in death or to be of long, continued and indefinite duration.

  • If Employee is terminated by reason of death or Physical or Mental Disability, Employee or his estate shall be entitled to a termination payment equal to twelve (12) month’s base salary then in effect.
