Mercantile Bank definition

Mercantile Bank means the Florida-chartered banking corporation that merged into Carolina First Bank on July 1, 2007, and from that date until September 30, 2010 was run as a division of Carolina First Bank under the brand name Mercantile Bank.
Mercantile Bank means Mercantile Bank of Michigan, a Michigan banking corporation.
Mercantile Bank has the meaning set forth in Recital A.
