Merchandise and Consumables Inventory means Inventory owned by a Borrower, a Guarantor or any of their Subsidiaries, other than Rental Equipment held for sale or rental, including, without limitation, parts for Rental Equipment, parts to be sold, parts to be installed on Rental Equipment (which parts are not then incorporated or installed in or on, or affixed or appurtenant to, any such Rental Equipment), and Inventory for the contractors supply business of the Obligors.

Examples of Merchandise and Consumables Inventory in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, a Reserve shall not be established to the extent that such Reserve would be duplicative of any specific item excluded as ineligible in the definitions of Eligible Merchandise and Consumables Inventory or Eligible Rental Equipment, but the Agent shall retain the right, subject to the requirements of this paragraph, to establish Reserves with respect to prospective changes in eligible Collateral that are likely to occur.
