Merchant Application definition

Merchant Application has the meaning set forth on the Merchant Application.

Merchant Application means the Servicer application form completed by the Merchant, and which references these Terms and Conditions.

Merchant Application means the application which Merchant signed and submitted to Peoples Trust in order to be eligible to receive the payment processing services described in this TOS. (This definition of Merchant Application is consistent with that ascribed to it in the Merchant Application itself.)

Examples of Merchant Application in a sentence

• The parties agree that if this Agreement is terminated before completion of the Initial Term for any reason other than a material uncured breach by Provider, Merchant will pay Provider an early termination fee as listed in the Merchant Application plus Provider’s costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with Xxxxxxxx’s termination of this Agreement.

• The Visa or MasterCard credit acceptance option on the Merchant Application refers to Visa credit and business transactions, and is what MasterCard refers to as “Other Card” transactions.

• This authorization (the “PAD Authorization”) is provided in connection with the Merchant Agreement upon Peoples Trust’s acceptance of the Merchant Application.

• In addition to the fees set forth on the Merchant Application, if Merchant fails to comply with the obligations set forth in this section, Provider may charge Merchant additional amounts determined by Provider and may pass through any additional fines, costs or expenses incurred by Provider.

• Merchant will pay to Provider the fees and charges set forth on the Merchant Application including any additional charges applied to transactions that fail to meet Card Network requirements for the lowest interchange levels.

Merchant Application has the meaning set forth in the preamble of these Merchant Card Processing Terms and Conditions.

Merchant Application means the accompanying Merchant information disclosure form, signed by Xxxxxxxx, and titled Merchant Application.
