Merchant Fees definition

Merchant Fees means direct costs levied by Visa/Mastercard/Discover or other payment card companies for Interchange Fees, Dues, Assessments and Occurrence Fees, over which Tyler Technologies has no authority.

If MyGovPay is unable to process payments using any of these Use Fees, Customer agrees that EnerGov may negotiate a new pricing model with Customer for the use of MyGovPay and/or VirtualPay.
