Merchant Funds definition

Merchant Funds means any loss reserves, deposits, suspended/held funds and any other monies or accounts consisting of any Merchants’ funds, whether held by Loan Parties, their Subsidiaries or third parties.
Merchant Funds means funds received by an MALPB as a result of its performance of clearing, settlement activities, or any other authorized activities which are ultimately payable to a merchant.
Merchant Funds shall include all amounts reflected as “suspended funds” on the consolidated financial statements of the Borrower.

  • BlueSnap will calculate the compensation owed to Third Party Referrer and/or Royalty Recipient by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and thereafter pay such compensation to Third Party Referrer and/or Royalty Recipient conditioned on the Merchant having deposited sufficient funds with BlueSnap for such purpose (the "Merchant Funds").

  • This limitation will not apply to any obligation to pay the Merchant Funds owed to you in respect of purchases made by Customers via the Fundpay Services.

More Definitions of Merchant Funds

Merchant Funds means any amounts on deposit with or under the control of the Borrower or a Subsidiary thereof, or in which the Borrower or a Subsidiary thereof has an interest, which are owned by a customer of the Borrower or such Subsidiary, or in which the customer has an interest, and which are held by the Borrower or applicable Subsidiary (i) as security for the obligations of the customer to the Borrower or applicable Subsidiary or (ii) while in the process of payment to the applicable customer. The term “Merchant Funds” shall include all amounts reflected as “suspended funds” on the consolidated financial statements of the Borrower.
Merchant Funds means the Purchase Price minus the Merchant Fees payable to the Verified Merchant in respect of a purchase by Customer of goods and services supplied by that Verified Merchant using the Fundpay Services; Purchase Details means the details of a particular purchase made at a Verified Merchant via the Fundpay Services by a Customer, and includes the Purchase Price, the name of the Customer, and the name of the Verified Merchant; Purchase Price means the amount paid or payable by the Customer to the Verified Merchant in respect of any individual transaction for the purchase of goods and services supplied by that Verified Merchant; Restricted Business means any business or activity in respect of which Fundpay determines from time to time that the Fundpay Services may not be used, and includes: gambling, illegal or prohibited goods, vaping, smoking and drug-related products and services, adult content and services, weapons and related products and services, financial services, and counterfeit goods or goods that are not authorised for sale or re-sale; Virus means any virus, Trojan horse, worm, backdoor or other element that may disable, harm or otherwise prevent the operation of any computer software, hardware or network, or any telecommunications service, equipment or network; and
Merchant Funds means all loss reserves, deposits, suspended/held funds, and any other monies or accounts owned by a Merchant, whether held by a Borrower or third party. (ii) inserting the following sentence at the end of the definition of "Collateral": "Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Collateral shall not include any Excluded Property." 5.
