Merchant Information means, individually and collectively: (a) all Merchant Confidential Information (as defined in the Agreement or in the non-disclosure agreement between the parties); (b) all other data, records, files, content or information, in any form or format, acquired, accessed, collected, received, stored or maintained by Givex or its affiliates from or on behalf of Merchant or its affiliates, or otherwise in connection with the Agreement, the services, or the parties’ performance of or exercise of rights under or in connection with the Agreement; and (c) derived from (a) or (b), even if Anonymized.

Merchant Information means any information about Merchant and Merchant’s business which may include information about Merchant’s financial status and creditworthiness, Merchant’s business activities, Merchant’s shareholders (and ultimate beneficial owners), Merchant’s Products/Services and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s registered office address as we may request from time to time.

Merchant Information means any information and/or documents submitted by the Merchant to MontyPay following MontyPay’s request or MontyPay Partner’s request upon the onboarding of the Merchant and at any other time after the Effective Date. The Merchant Infor- mation includes but is not limited to an application form filled by the Merchant, Merchant’s legal documents, Merchant Bank Account in- formation and Merchant’s trademarks.

Examples of Merchant Information in a sentence

• Merchant and Guarantor(s) agree that it will be precluded from asserting that it did not receive service of process or any other legal notice mailed to the address located in the Merchant Information and Owner Information sections set forth on the first page of this Agreement if it does not furnish a certified mail return receipt signed by Purchaser demonstrating that Purchaser was provided with a notice of a change of address.

• Except as expressly authorized under the Agreement, Givex will not access, collect, use, store or transmit any Merchant Information and will not Aggregate Merchant Information, even if Anonymized.

• Except where expressly authorized by Merchant in writing, Givex will technically, or at a minimum, logically, isolate Merchant Information at all times (including in storage, processing or transmission), from Givex’s and any third-party’s information.

• The Security Policy applies to Givex’s performance under the GivexPay Merchant Agreement (the “Agreement”) and all access, collection, use, storage, transmission, disclosure, destruction or deletion of, and security incidents regarding, Merchant Information.

• Givex will enter into a written contract with any Subcontractor requiring the Subcontractor to abide by terms regarding the security of Merchant Information that are equivalent to those set forth in the Agreement (including this Exhibit).

More Definitions of Merchant Information

Merchant Information means your data and any other materials (in whatever form) published or otherwise made available (directly or indirectly) by you or on behalf of you to us by using the Services or relating to the Services. Merchant Information may include information about you (including individual employees or representatives) or your Users or clients (or prospective clients) that may include personal data subject to laws or regulations.

Merchant Information means any information or data obtained during the Term about Merchants specifically including, but not limited to, the following: the fact that someone is a Merchant; all lists of Merchants; and all information relating to and identified with such Merchants or its owners. “Merchant Information” does not include (i) information about a Merchant provided by a non-Merchant third party to Affirm or Shopify, including but not limited to credit reports about Merchants provided by credit bureaus or a similar reporting agency; or (ii) Excluded Merchant Information.

Merchant Information means each of the Application Form and the data requested by Paysafe or requested via Paysafe by relevant Payment Scheme Facilitators to satisfy Know-Your-Client (KYC) requirements and to allow assessment of the Merchant's application and on-going suitability as a business authorised to take payment by the payment methods provided through Paysafe;

Merchant Information means all information reasonably requested by Solidgate and provided by Merchant in order to enable Solidgate to comply with Applicable Law and the Card Scheme Rules.

Merchant Information means the merchant information on pages 1 and 2 in front of these Merchant Terms and Conditions.

Merchant Information means any document or data that Merchant uploads to the PVM Portal or provides to PVM.
