Merchant Partner definition

Merchant Partner means establishments wherever located which honour a Credit/Charge Card and shall include among others, stores, shops, restaurants, hotels, airline organisations, online shopping and mail order advertisers (whether retailers, distributors or manufacturers) including mail order outlets (whether wholesalers, retailers, distributors or manufacturers) advertised as honouring a Credit/Charge Card.
Merchant Partner means a business that accepts the Card or the Account for purchases;
