Merchant Portal definition

Merchant Portal means the merchant portal located at xxxxxxxx.XXXXXX.xx or such other Internet address as IOTPAY may provide Merchant from time to time.
Merchant Portal means the platform made available to the Merchant on the xxx.xxxxxx.xx website or any other website replacing it.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those on the Merchant Portal, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply to the extent of that inconsistency.

  • Notices made by Verifone to Merchant under this Agreement that affect Verifone customers generally (e.g., notices of amended Agreements, updated fees, etc.) may be posted on the Verifone Merchant Portal or may be provided upon access to the Point Service.

  • If you breach any term of this Agreement or the terms of use of the Merchant Portal, Paymark may disable your user names and passwords.
