Merchant Services definition

Merchant Services means services provided to merchants relating to the authorization, transaction capture, settlement, chargeback handling and internet-based transaction processing of credit, debit, stored-value and loyalty card and other payment transactions (including provision of point of service devices and other equipment necessary to capture merchant transactions and other ancillary services).
Merchant Services means the goods and services that form part of an Order, as offered by you in any of Merchant’s Sites.
Merchant Services means the collective activities undertaken by Bank, Processor, and CyberSource (including by or through authorized third party service providers) to process and settle U.S. denominated Visa and MasterCard Card transactions initiated by Cardholders at Merchant’s location in the United States and all other activities necessary for Processor, Bank, and CyberSource to perform functions required by this Agreement for all other Cards, if any, that may be covered by this Agreement, but not including gateway services that may be provided by CyberSource pursuant to a separate agreement between CyberSource and Merchant that governs the use of gateway services.

Merchant Services shall have the meaning given in the Preamble
Merchant Services means the acceptance of Sales Transaction Receipts in accordance with the Agreement.

Nominated Account A business account held by you with Bendigo Bank or other financial institution which you have nominated to be debited or credited for the purposes of the Agreement. Notice A notice, request, consent or other communication related to the Agreement.
Merchant Services means the products and services provided by the
Merchant Services means the provision of sales, service and support to Merchants within the member countries of the EU as well as to UK and SEPA (as determined by the European Commission from time to time) by ISX EU, including: (i) the acquiring, switching and processing of Card based transactions and transactions using other payment instruments via electronic funds transfer at point of sale (EFTPOS), mail order/telephone order (MOTO), interactive voice response (IVR), manual vouchers or through the internet; and (ii) any related or ancillary services that ISX EU may make available to its Merchant customers from time to time.
