Merged Undertaking definition

Merged Undertaking means the Acquiring Undertaking and the Target Undertaking;
Merged Undertaking means the undertaking(s) that result from the merger of the acquiring undertaking(s) and the target undertaking(s).
Merged Undertaking means collectively the business of FTF acquired by WUM Properties (Pty) Ltd T/A Model Pick ‘n Pay (“WUM Properties”) or its nominee , subsequent to the merger;

Merged Undertaking means and include the whole of the businesses and undertakings of APAKSH on a going concern basis, being carried on by APAKSH as on the Appointed Date and shall include (without limitation):
Merged Undertaking means collectively the acquiring group, Ibaera Capital Fund GP, and any subsidiary of the said entities, subsequent to the merger;
