Merged Undertaking definition

Merged Undertaking means the Acquiring Undertaking and the Target Undertaking;
Merged Undertaking means the undertaking(s) that result from the merger of the acquiring undertaking(s) and the target undertaking(s).
Merged Undertaking means CIC, as the primary acquiring undertaking, and Geka, as the primary target undertaking;
