Metering Devices definition

Metering Devices means any and all revenue quality meters installed by Developer or the Distribution Company at, before, or after the Point of Delivery necessary or appropriate for the delivery of Energy into the Distribution Company System, the calculation of Net Metering Credits, and the registration, recording, and transmission of information regarding the amount of Net Energy generated by the PV System and delivered to the Point of Delivery for sale to CVEC and/or Host.
Metering Devices means any and all revenue quality meters installed by Developer or the Distribution Company at, before, or after the Point of Delivery necessary or appropriate for the delivery of Energy into the Distribution Company System, the calculation of Net Metering Credits, and the registration, recording, and transmission of information regarding the amount of Net Energy generated by the PV System and delivered to the Point of Delivery for sale to CVEC.
Metering Devices means all meters, metering equipment, data processing equipment, and associated equipment used to measure, record or transmit data relating to the provision and transmission of Output from LIPA’s System to customers pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Metering Devices

Metering Devices means, with respect to the Concession Metered Parking Spaces and the Reserve Metered Parking Spaces, the parking meters, pay and display stations, electronic metering devices, and other similar devices that may be used from time to time in connection with the Metered Parking System Operations.
Metering Devices means radio devices that are part of bidirectional radio communications systems which allow remote monitoring, measuring and transmission of data in smart grid infrastructures, such as electricity, gas and water.
