To request a Mexican Revolving Borrowing, the Mexican Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request by telephone, not later than 11:00 a.m., New York City time, three Business Days before the date of the proposed Borrowing.
Within the foregoing limits and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Mexican Borrower may borrow, prepay and reborrow Mexican Revolving Loans.
The US Borrower waives diligence, presentment, protest, demand for payment and notice of default or nonpayment to or upon the Mexican Borrower or the US Borrower with respect to any relevant Mexican Obligations.
