Mexican Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Subsidiaries incorporated under the laws of Mexico.
Mexican Subsidiaries means any Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company, Essex or any of their respective Subsidiaries organized under the laws of Mexico to make the acquisitions and Investments contemplated by Section 8.02(s) of this Exhibit E.
