Mezzanine D Lender definition

Mezzanine D Lender means the owner and holder of the Mezzanine D Loan.
Mezzanine D Lender means Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp., a New York corporation, together with its successors and assigns.
Mezzanine D Lender means Xxxxxxx Sachs Mortgage Company, a New York limited partnership, or any of its successors or assigns as “Lender” under and as defined in the Mezzanine D Loan Agreement identified to Borrower in writing.

  • mezzanine means a mezzanine as defined in the Building Code Act;

  • Mezzanine Loan means a mezzanine loan secured by equity interests in the Mortgage Loan Borrower.
