Mezzanine Pledge Agreement definition

Mezzanine Pledge Agreement means, with respect to any Purchased Asset that is a Mezzanine Loan, the pledge and security agreement creating a valid and enforceable lien on the related Capital Stock.

Mezzanine Pledge Agreement means the Pledge and Security Agreement dated as of [ ], 2002 by and between Park Plaza 1 and Issuer, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
