Migration Period definition

Migration Period is defined in Section 12.4.5(c).

Migration Period means, for any Customer, the period of time beginning at the Effective Time or the Post-Closing Assignment Effective Time, as applicable, and ending on the Migration Date.

Migration Period means that period of time beginning on a date to be determined by Client (based on certain technical capabilities to be launched by the parties) and continuing through the end of the Ramp Period during which time Client will use reasonable efforts to move existing HSI Subscribers from its current portal and e-mail service to the Client Branded Portal and e-mail Services. More Definitions of Migration Period

Migration Period means the period during which Migration Services are to be performed, and concluding on the Migration Completion Date.
