Examples of Milestone Fees in a sentence

  • Licensee will pay Milestone Fees indicated in Section 3.1(b) of the Patent & Technology License Agreement by the Quarterly Payment Deadline for the Contract Quarter in which the milestone events set forth in Section 3.1(b) of the Patent & Technology License Agreement are achieved.

  • For a period of six (6) years after the Contract Quarter to which the records pertain, Licensee agrees that it and its Affiliates and Sublicensees will each keep complete and accurate records of their Sales, Net Sales, Milestone Fees, and Non-Royalty Sublicensing Consideration in sufficient detail to enable such payments to be determined and audited.

  • Licensee will pay Milestone Fees indicated in Section 3.1(b) of the Patent License Agreement by the Quarterly Payment Deadline for the Contract Quarter in which the milestone events set forth in Section 3.1(b) of the Patent License Agreement are achieved.
