Mineral Products means the products derived from operating the Claim as a mine;

Mineral Products means minerals derived for the account of the individual Participants from operating the Property as a mine to which has been applied the least number of treatments or processes necessary to render the minerals into a substance or state for which there is a commercially significant market, either within or outside North America, of arm’s length sales or purchases between unrelated parties;

Mineral Products means any and all ores, concentrates, dore and other products derived from the Property, directly or indirectly, whose value is principally dependent upon precious or base minerals, including gold, silver, platinum, palladium, nickel, copper and zinc, or diamonds.
