Mineral Property definition

Mineral Property means “the properties collectively and commonly known as San Miguel,” and “Holder” refers to Coeur Mexicana and its successors-in-interest.31
Mineral Property means all mining interests of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries including all mineral prospecting, and exploration concessions, licences, permits, leases, rights, fee property, claims (including the Unpatented Claims), surface access rights, easements and all other forms of mineral tenure, in each case whether created privately or by the action of any Governmental Entity, and whether contractual, statutory, regulatory or otherwise.
Mineral Property means all of the mineral rights, mineral claims, mining leases, permits and concessions and other property interests owned or controlled by Xxxxxx on the effective date hereof that are located in Peru, including without limitation, those more particularly described in Schedule A, including new or replacement claims, leases, permits or concessions or other after-acquired rights or interests covering all or part of the same land;
