Mineral Property definition

Mineral Property means “the properties collectively and commonly known as San Miguel,” and “Holder” refers to Coeur Mexicana and its successors-in-interest.31
Mineral Property means all mining interests of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries including all mineral prospecting, and exploration concessions, licences, permits, leases, rights, fee property, claims (including the Unpatented Claims), surface access rights, easements and all other forms of mineral tenure, in each case whether created privately or by the action of any Governmental Entity, and whether contractual, statutory, regulatory or otherwise.
Mineral Property means all of the mineral rights, mineral claims, mining leases, permits and concessions and other property interests owned or controlled by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ on the effective date hereof that are located in Peru, including without limitation, those more particularly described in Schedule A, including new or replacement claims, leases, permits or concessions or other after-acquired rights or interests covering all or part of the same land;

  • Any equipment remaining on the Mineral Property after ninety (90) days shall become property of Owners.

  • The Credit Parties have heretofore made available to the Lender all feasibility studies and geological, reserve, resource, metallurgical, engineering and financial data and evaluations of each Mineral Property prepared by or for the benefit of any Credit Party or otherwise in the possession of any Credit Party.

Mineral Property means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pass Project.

Mineral Property means the “Kings Valley Properties” as described in the Offering Documents;
Mineral Property means the “Wellgreen property” as described in the Offering Documents; “Mining Rights” has the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 7(bb) hereof;
Mineral Property means the Black Lake Mineral Property which is the subject of the Mineral Property Option Agreement.
