Mineral Reserves definition

Mineral Reserves means proven and probable mineral reserves (or their equivalent) as defined under any Approved Standard;
Mineral Reserves means the economically mineable part of a Measured or Indicated Resource demonstrated by at least a preliminary feasibility study. This study must include adequate information on mining, processing, metallurgical, economic and other relevant factors that demonstrate, at the time of reporting, that economic extraction can be justified. A Mineral Reserve includes diluting materials and allowances for losses that may occur when the material is mined.

Mineral Reserves means the mineral reserves that have been estimated for the Project in accordance with the Canadian National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and the guidelines set out in the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (the “CIM”) Standards on Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserves, adopted by the CIM Council on November 14, 2004 and November 27, 2010;
Mineral Reserves means all mineral reserves and deposits to which Buyer is entitled as owner of the Real Property and the Mining Claims.
Mineral Reserves means that part of a mineral deposit that could be economically and legally extracted or produced at the time of mineral reserve determination.
Mineral Reserves has the meaning given in SAMREC “Mineral Resources” has the meaning given in SAMREC.
Mineral Reserves means only the volume of gold, silver and their byproducts contained in the ore existing in the soil and subsoil of the areas covered by the extraction rights held by the Company, characterized as “measured and indicated gold reserves”, as informed in the final mineral prospection report to be presented to the DNPM – Brazilian National Mineral Production Department, prepared for purposes of obtaining the Mining Concession, as established by the Brazilian Law. Definition of these reserves shall also observe the equivalence between the concepts of measured and indicated reserves as established in the Brazilian Law and the concepts of “measured resources” and “indicated resources”, respectively, as defined in accordance with the National Instrument 43-101, issued by the CSA – Canadian Securities Administration, which is internationally acknowledged and broadly used for purposes of defining mineral resources and reserves, which concepts may not be mistaken for the concepts of “proven reserves” and "probable reserves” defined in the same rule, which do not apply to the scope of the investment program defined in Section V below.
Mineral Reserves means the economically mineable part of a Measured and/or Indicated Mineral Resource. It includes diluting materials and allowances for losses, which may occur when the material is mined or extracted and is defined by studies at Pre-Feasibility or Feasibility level as appropriate that include application of Modifying Factors. Such studies demonstrate that, at the time of reporting, extraction could reasonably be justified. The reference point at which Mineral Reserves are defined, usually the point where the ore is delivered to the processing plant, must be stated. It is important that, in all situations where the reference point is different, such as for a saleable product, a clarifying statement is included to ensure that the reader is fully informed as to what is being reported. The public disclosure of a Mineral Reserve must be demonstrated by a Pre-Feasibility Study or Feasibility Study;
Mineral Reserves shall have the meaning set out by the Securities Exchange Commission of the United States in Subpart 1300 (Disclosure by Registrants Engaged in Mining Operations) of Xxxxxxxxxx X-X, 00 C.F.R. § 1300.
