Mineral Resources definition

Mineral Resources means a concentration or occurrence of solid material of economic interest in or on the Earth’s crust in such form, grade or quality and quantity that there are reasonable prospects for economic extraction. The location, quantity, grade or quality, continuity and other geological characteristics of a mineral resource are known, estimated or interpreted from specific geological evidence and knowledge, including sampling. Mineral resources are sub-divided, in order of increasing geological confidence, into inferred, indicated and measured categories;
Mineral Resources means measured, indicated and inferred mineral resources (or their equivalent) as defined under any Approved Standard;
Mineral Resources means a concentration or occurrence of natural, solid, inorganic or fossilized organic material in or on the earth’s crust in such form and quantity and of such a grade or quality that it has reasonable prospects for economic extraction. The location, quantity, grade, geological characteristics and continuity of a mineral resource are known, estimated or interpreted from specific geological evidence and knowledge.

  • Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.

  • The permittee shall reclaim all dams, dikes, diversions, drainage channels, and impoundments unless specified as permanent structures in the Mining and Reclamation Plan approved by the Division of Mineral Resources Management which is consistent with the Ohio Administrative Code 1501:14-3-11, administered by Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

Mineral Resources means all mineral resources comprised by the Mineral Resources Act, see section 5 of the Mineral Resources Act.

Mineral Resources means moderately- to well-characterized ore bodies, based on test drillings which were or are yet to be the subject of a mining feasibility study, and which will or will likely be mined. They include the reserves defined above.
