Minimum Annual Guarantee definition

Minimum Annual Guarantee means the annual Minimum Annual Guarantee specified in the Basic Lease Information and described in Section 5.1 hereof

More Definitions of Minimum Annual Guarantee

Minimum Annual Guarantee. (MAG) means minimum rent guaranteed for each year of the term, as specified in the Summary.
