Examples of Minimum Annual Rent in a sentence
The Minimum Annual Rent for the applicable Extension Term shall be an amount equal to the greater of the Minimum Annual Rent for the last year of the applicable Lease term or Minimum Annual Rent then being quoted by Landlord to prospective renewal tenants of the Building for space of comparable size and quality and with similar or equivalent improvements as are found in the Building, and if none, then in similar buildings in the Park.
The Monthly Rental Installments shall be an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the Minimum Annual Rent for the applicable Extension Term and shall be paid at the same time and in the same manner as provided in the Lease.
Such financial statements shall be signed by Tenant or an officer of Tenant, if applicable, who shall attest to the truth and accuracy of the information set forth in such statements, or if the Minimum Annual Rent hereunder exceeds $100,000.00, said statements shall be certified and audited.
Tenant shall pay to Landlord the Minimum Annual Rent in the amounts of the Monthly Rental Installments set forth in Section 1.01 (e) above, in advance, without demand, abatement, counterclaim, recoupment, deduction or offset, on the Commencement Date, and, thereafter, on or before the first day of each and every calendar month thereafter during the Lease Term.
Minimum Annual Rent and Additional Rent are sometimes referred to herein, collectively, as "Rent".
