Minimum Floating Spread definition

Minimum Floating Spread means the number set forth in the column entitled "Minimum Weighted Average Spread" in the Asset Quality Matrix based upon the applicable "row/column combination" chosen by the Collateral Manager (or interpolating between two adjacent rows and/or two adjacent columns, as applicable) in accordance with the Indenture.The "Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test" will be satisfied on any Measurement Date if the Weighted Average Coupon plus the Excess Weighted Average Floating Spread equals or exceeds the Minimum Weighted Average Coupon.
Minimum Floating Spread means the number set forth in the column entitled “Minimum Weighted Average Spread” in the Minimum Diversity Score/Maximum Rating/Minimum Spread Matrix set forth below based upon the applicable “row/column combination” chosen by the Portfolio Manager (or interpolating between two adjacent rows and/or two adjacent columns, as applicable) in accordance with the Indenture, reduced by the Moody’s Weighted Average Recovery Adjustment; provided that the Minimum Floating Spread shall in no event be lower than 1.70%.
