Minimum Funding Amount definition

• The Company may, during the Reinvestment Period, reborrow Advances in an amount up to (x) the aggregate Financing Commitments of the Lenders on such date minus (y) the Minimum Funding Amount, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

• Unless an Event of Default shall have occurred and is continuing or a Market Value Event shall have occurred, the Lenders shall make a corresponding Advance in accordance with Article III on each such date (or, if either such date is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day) (with written notice to the Collateral Administrator by the Administrative Agent), such that after the funding thereof, the aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Advances is equal to the Minimum Funding Amount.

• Except with the prior consent of Lender, in Lender's sole discretion, the amount of the requested Loan shall not be less than the Minimum Funding Amount.
