Minimum Performance definition

Minimum Performance means the minimum Performance Goal achievement required for any distribution to be made with respect to a Performance Share, as set out in Appendix A.
Minimum Performance means when the liquefaction plant has achieved, in the aggregate, an average LNG output of at least 80 per cent of the Guaranteed LNG Output over a period of 72 consecutive hours.
Minimum Performance means the minimum or threshold Performance Goal attainment required for any RTSR Performance Units to be achieved (subject to vesting), described as such in Appendix A.

Minimum Performance means the criteria specified in Section 12 and Attachment 1.
