Minimum Performance Levels definition

Minimum Performance Levels means in relation to the Contractor the minimum performance levels to which the Services must be provided as set out in Schedule 3 Appendix A]

More Definitions of Minimum Performance Levels

Minimum Performance Levels means the minimum performance levels identified in the Schedule.
